More than 10 years of experience in the field of Ultrasonic!
Choose the right model from our extensive range
To achieve the best results, we recommend that you choose the right model from our extensive range. Take into account the maximum load capacity of the ultrasonic cleaners. This ensures optimum performance and durability of your cleaning equipment.
ACM-N Series Ultrasonic Cleaners
Efficient and thorough cleaning
For those who want to go a step further, we have developed the N series. By using 3mm SS304 steel, the robust N series ultrasonic cleaner has been launched on the market. The ACM-N series is specially designed for heavily loaded workshops, such as the injection molding industry, the automotive and maritime sector.
All ProSonic Ultrasonic machines use 28kHz ultrasonic transducer panels with an average power of 5 watts per liter. If a different frequency, a higher power or a special design is required for your industry, ProSonic can provide you with the appropriate customization.
As soon as it concerns a special design, our engineers will proceed to the development and visual realization of your wishes. We are happy to relieve you of your worries and realize the A to Z process for you.
ACM-E Series Ultrasonic Cleaners
Powerful cleaning in process
A suitable solution for every workshop, small and large. This E-series universally applicable ProSonic ultrasonic cleaner is indispensable in all sectors from the revision world to the food industry and even pharmaceutical companies. All sheet metal is made of SS304 but can also be offered in SS316 if desired. The insulation strip between the worktop and the tank ensures a reduced decibel and prevents vibrations and acoustic effects outside the tank. This, in combination with an insulated lid, you retain the content temperature as well as possible and the noise is reduced to 78dB. All ProSonic Ultrasonic machines use 28kHz ultrasonic transducer panels with an average power of 5 watts per liter as standard. If a different frequency is required, for example 40 or 80 kHz for your daily application, ProSonic will provide you with the appropriate customization.
With a special design, our engineers will, after a personal conversation, proceed to the development and visual realization of your wishes. We are happy to relieve you of your worries and realize the a to z process for you.
BMG Series Ultrasonic Cleaners
Efficient and versatile
For all small (external) workshops and/or incidental applications, ProSonic offers you the BMG. This low-threshold Ultrasonic cleaner does what it is supposed to do, powerful cleaning by means of cavitation. The compact cleaners with a capacity of up to 570 litres are made of 2mm SS304 steel, just like the E-series. With a constant frequency of 28kHz, your ultrasonic cleaner degreases, derusts or descales any surface.
Are you going to use your Ultrasonic in the workshop during working hours? Then we would like to refer you to the E series with ARF noise reduction system and extra insulation. For special requests, we are happy to look with you for the right solution, then we will always start with concept engineering.
ProSonic: Specialist in ultrasonic cleaners for efficient removal of stuck dirt
Are you looking for high-quality ultrasonic cleaners that are specially designed to effectively eliminate various amounts of stuck dirt? Look no further than ProSonic. As a leading specialist in ultrasonic cleaners, we offer specialized equipment with capacities ranging from 100 to 12,000 liters. In addition, we supply low-frequency equipment (25-28 kHz) with unmatched cleaning power.
Powerful cleaning performance with 28 kHz cavitation frequency
Our ultrasonic cleaners use a cavitation frequency of 28 kHz. This frequency allows us to generate larger bubbles, which releases more power during the cleaning process. The result is an enhanced cleaning effect and better performance in shorter time cycles.
Optimal performance with correct positioning and separation of parts
To improve the performance of our industrial machines, it is important to distribute the ultrasonic waves evenly. Therefore, make sure that the distance between the load and the inside of the tank wall or the water surface is at least 10 cm. In addition, the parts must be separated during the cleaning process so that the ultrasonic waves can be distributed effectively and optimal results are achieved.
Fast and efficient cleaning process
The cleaning process with our ultrasonic cleaners usually varies from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the type and amount of dirt, the material of the parts, the cleaning product used, the load capacity and the water temperature. The water temperature can be adjusted up to 90 degrees, which also allows stubborn dirt to be effectively removed. Best of all, the cleaning process can take place fully automatically, without the presence of an operator.
